Amenities design only. The amenities levels consist of a large reception and lounge area, a “sunrise lounge”, breakfast lounge, cinema, a vast wine room and lounge, media and games room, childrens’ lounge, and a spa and fitness level. There is an additional pavilion with bar and restaurant facilities.

Project role was to manage the design of the amenities levels, including technical documentation and coordination with all external consultants.
